The Totally Doable 31 Day Challenge!

I am a lazy mother fucker half of the time, but I am determined to get fit this year. So I’ve come up with a plan that is so easy I’d be stupid not to do it. In short, you start with reps of ten, and so you don’t get discouraged about having to increase your reps all the time and being pooped, you simply up the reps each day by one. It’s that easy. Just one more rep a day.
This is an exercise plan for beginners, for people who don’t have tons of free time on their hands, for all you other lazy mofos out there. WE can do this. Just one more rep a day.
Once you’ve completed the 31 day challenge and you’ve built up some kind of endurance, go nuts! I promise by the end of the month, you’ll be more than able to knock out so much more.
Start with something you know you can do and anything else you want to do will soon be within reach.
